Our college’s Department of Biochemistry was established in 1999. This department offers a B.Sc. (MBBCC) programme on a combination of subjects, including biochemistry, microbiology, and chemistry. The curriculum of this course is designed to cover a wide variety of topics, from the basics to advanced concepts and recent techniques in the respective fields. This ensures that the students have a firm understanding and hands-on experience with the most recent approaches.

       The department boasts devoted academics and staff as well as first-rate facilities with large classrooms, a variety of ICT tools, and well-stocked laboratories. In addition to general theoretical classes, the teaching-learning process revolves around project work, guest lectures, student seminars, workshops, group discussion, field work, and industrial visits. The department’s alumni held a number of influential positions in reputed pharmaceutical companies, Diagnostic labs and higher educational institutes all over the world.
