Staff Council Cell  

The College staff council consists of the principal, the Heads of the departments and senior faculty members to facilitate communication among the staff and college management.  To collect and disseminate information related to staff matters as well as creating awareness of various college policies.

 Functions :-

• To provide professional development of staff.
• Support staff in Research field.
• To maintain cordial relation between staff and college management.
• Overviews the creative and innovative ideas and present the same to governing body .
• Creating awareness on college policies.
• Plays a crucial role in staff recruitment.
• Discuss and offer suggestions on all matters of academic interests and other problems related to the development of the institution.
• Ensures a friendly environment between staff and management by organizing team lunch, staff picnics etc.
