The Placement cell of Chaitanya Degree & PG College for Women facilitates job placements and career oriented initiatives for students. Its primary objectives to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by providing students with training, practical exposure, industry specific skills and job opportunities overall it equals students with the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed in their chosen careers.

Objectives:-     

• To provide career guidance and counseling to students and help them make informed decisions about their career paths.
• To organize job fairs, campus interviews and other recruitment drives on campus to connect students with potential employers.
• To facilitate internships and apprentice ships for students to gain practical experience and develop industry-specific skills help students prepare for interviews, aptitude tests and  other  selection processes through training.
• To maintain a good rapport with companies and industries to strengthen the placement cells network and improve the placement opportunities for students
